SEGAS – Spanish Egyptian Gas Co. signing final contract to implement its $ 1.2 billion gas liquification scheme in Damietta with an international consortium. The consortium groups Technika Reunida of Spain, Kellogg with Brown & Root of the US & Japan Gasoline Co. It is scheduled for completion in 25 months with production start set for May 2004. Project yearly exports are put at $ 1.5 billion. |
